Health Advisor Program
THE Health Check is an audit for the GE speedtronic control system– Mark V, Mark VI and Mark Vie providing a complete health assessment of the current condition of equipment, and includes a report on recommended repairs and maintenance.


Our health check process is as follows

Our field service engineers will visit the site location to further evaluate the panel and associated equipment as a system. Subject to the expert’s discretion, additional tasks may be required and agreed upon with the customer to ensure the best results.

The test takes about 2-3 days onsite and all minor errors found during the examination will be corrected onsite in an effort to prolong the life of the system. Any major faults found will be detailed in the report and discussed with you at the site before rectifying. Unit shutdown may be required for certain procedures.
Health Check is also available for excitation systems – EX2000, EX2100 and EX2100e and LCI upon request.

- Control constant review vs. control specification
- Review the current system configuration & recommend any upgrades or the improvements can be done to the system
- Review & recommend customer on the applicable TILs.
- DC Voltage/Battery checked-grounds resolved
- File System Cleanup
- Cleanliness/Cooling/Overheating Assessment
- Junction Box and Terminal Tightness Check
- Long Standing Issues Resolved
- Sequence/Screen Modifications are Required to Improve user Friendliness
- Resolve “differences” between “identical” units
- Resolve Customer Complaints
- Spares Assessment on Shelf inventory recommendations
- Full Report Issued
- Major Issues Identified in the Report with recommendations for disposition
