BACKGROUND

We have a proven track record of providing Field Service Engineers and Technical Advisors to some of the largest players in the power & energy industry and O&G sector. Since its inception in July 2010, we are one of the major manpower suppliers to various entities of General Electric (GE), Baker Hughes, GE Grid Solution etc for their rotating equipment covering scope across I&C and O&M, we also work closely with Independent & Public Sector Power Producers globally.

SOLUTION

TCCS appointed field service engineer (FSE) working under the guidance of OEM for an upgrade of GE frame 5002A to Frame 5002C including the replacement of the module and upgrade of the process compressor for a public sector company in middle east region. Upgrade of auxiliaries included starting turbine, torque converter, auxiliary gearbox (replacement of shaft 1 and installed new shaft with the ring gear, removal of trip mechanism), installation of mist eliminator system, installation of GCV/SRV, hydraulic ratchet mechanical installation, hydraulic ratchet pump motor replacement and relocation.
Along with the module replacement, other replacements included an exhaust plenum, exhaust stack, inlet plenum, inlet transition duct, silencer duct, ventilation ducting, compartment door frames, and structural replacement.
The field services execution team at TCCS has delivered productive and reliable results for our customers including OEM — quickly implemented measures to ensure safe and steady operation of the outages and delivering ahead of schedule.
